Right of Way Engineering
Right of Way Engineering consists of researching public records, conducting land surveys, and preparing the necessary plats and legal descriptions for the conveyance of land title rights, such as easements, fee title grant deeds, and temporary construction easements between parties in both the private and public sector.
CBC Surveys has considerable experience preparing right of way documents for the energy/utility and transportation sectors under the guidelines of the State Lands Commission and the Caltrans Right of Way Engineering Manual.
